they take into account market play and external forces, ie announcements and if there is any interest in the sector from inside the industry and overseas takeovers.
Aoe hasn't been unlike most shares of it's size in the last two weeks, therefore it doesn't fall out of the norm.
A speeding ticket can be an indicator of takeover activty as well, usually the the target gets the ticket though.
