Don't know if it is a shorter or someone trying to engineer a drop so they can buy up big, but someone just sold $21 worth of stock to put the current share price down to 0.019.
The intention is that someone freaks out without properly investigating and dumps all their shares. You see this sort of behaviour a lot with small volume stocks... often they do multiple tiny trades to make it look like there has been a lot of trading going on.
