I wish it was that easy to understand the intentions of market makers. The Buy / Sell sides can easily be stacked with orders to give the impression of lots of buyers or lots of sellers - depending on their motivation (pump or dump). These orders can be pulled off the market very quickly (without being executed) and don't necessarily mean anything.
