Pity the market or Mr 2.5m suddenly appearing at 3.2c dosen't believe a word or care about whatever new legal nonsense comes out of Namibia now, Namibia's legal and mining systems are now tainted by the tarbrush of internal corruption forever by this case that has only now begun to expose the real power people operating behind the scenes in that country.
I too have just about had enough of the doubtful legal nonsense allowed to flourish there, this should forever be a warning to companie's contemplating investing--you are fair game (pardon the pun)
