i agree it is something we have to keep an eye on.I dont think management are doing anything shifty here,just preparing us us for a capital raising.I do think the parameters will change to better reflect the share price at the time the CR takes place.
It is unfortunate for shareholders that going to sophisticated investors is quicker,cheaper and easier for a company.I suspect that will occure here.Maybe if all goes well ,its time for shareholders who have held on through the tough times to make some demands about who gets what and for how much.
