My understanding is that we are likely to have a final ruling on monday December 6th, and Mr Kasuto has until then to show cause why his 'notice of irregularity' should not be thrown out as a purely frivolous action.The problem of course, is that Mr Kasuto may well dream up another action and produce yet another spanner to throw in the works rather than walk away.Its a very difficult call as to whether to wait and see, or if now would be a particularly good time to increase ones shareholding or not.
