Don't kid yourself, if this haden't gone to the supreme court (with it's two independant judges from other countrie's) and hence attendant worldwide scrutiny, MLS would have been shafted by all the interested local partie's (government and legal), and still could be--all this just shows up the shambolic local legal system on a lower level to be totally corrupt, mining companie's should be aware of this in future, local g/ment is corrupted completely as far as outsiders are concerned
