Ok, here is an article discussing this ... UBS were the broker for Graham & Linda Huddy!!!

QUEENSLAND horse enthusiasts Graham and Linda Huddy offloaded their $65 million stake in mining services specialist Industrea in an active day for block trades.

Also yesterday, venture capital firm Start-up Australia reaped a windfall, selling $34.2m worth of shares in drug developer Bionomics.

Start-up had been trying to offload its 27.7 per cent stake, possibly into a full takeover offer, prompting Bionomics in November to appoint advisory firm Greenhill Caliburn to assist with the process.

A full takeover tilt now looks less likely because of the sharp rise in Bionomics' share price from 28c in November to 72c, on positive news about its anti-anxiety drug, and possible corporate action.

Southern Cross Equities crossed Start-up's 60 million shares before the market opened yesterday at 57c, handing it a handy gain since it began seeking buyers.

The shares were taken up by a range of institutions rather than a single predator aiming at a full bid, as is often the case in block trades.

Start-up said it would work with Bionomics to ensure that future "liquidity events" involving its remaining 8.9 per cent stake would be orderly.

Bionomics shares were halted yesterday as it sought to raise capital.

But shares in Bionomics could suffer the same fate as those of Industrea, which yesterday closed down 5.77 per cent at $1.47 after UBS sold the Huddys' 12.6 per cent stake to a range of institutions at $1.42 before the opening bell.

The stock traded as low as 5c in 2008, when the Huddys, estimated to be worth about $170m, sold their mining contracting business to Industrea for $250m in cash and stock.

Even when factoring in Industrea's one-for-three stock split in November, the sale represents a healthy gain.

Late yesterday, Industrea confirmed that Graham & Linda Huddy Nominees had ceased to be a substantial shareholder.
