Maybe MCC is buying or a lateral thinking broker is doing it and passing the company to MCC for $300m saving MCC $100m.
My estimate (see earlier post) is that it needs to spend about $200m. If this is happening, we can see the SP going up to 70c before a full takeover is launched.
