I know this is probably not the right thread, but AGO is worthy of consideration. I have been in since early last year. The Chinese/Indians will develop the large magnetite deposits as most of the large hemetite deposits are aready owned by the majors (BHP, RIO, CVRD) and they want to push down the price of iron ore. Besides AGO, ARH may be worth a look (have owned a few) because if their connection with Clive Palmer who controls a reputed 80 billion tonnes. I do not particularly like ARH's management.

Intersuisse had a buy recommendation when AXO was around 90 sents so I bought a few of them. Their management seem to be determined to ensure that there is no unncessary further dilution and there are not that many shares on issue (plus they have heaps of cash on hand).

I suspect there will be real bargains out there but I do not know which ones they are. I would like to get a cheap entry to a hematite company, but I just can not pick them on the basis of pure speculation.
