whats with all this talk about a placement?

- theres ~2m cash/liquid assets as of now
- cash outflow for the current quarter estimated at 0.55m (already accounted for in the cash figure above)
- a potential positive sp catalyst is due within the next 2 months
- conditional offtake deals most likely in the works
- zircon and tio2 prices still on the up

sure they will eventually need more cash, but theres no need for a cr at this time. it would just undermine the markets confidence for a positive outcome on coburn.
