And as it's not going through the 'pump' mill of news, I'm taking it that instos are readjusting their holdings and smaller holders may be quitting for safer fields.
I've got my order in the queue for another parcel. Still believe refinance will go through. imho, they'll get screwed on the refi, but I look forward to a rerating when US markets move up again.
