I think it will be good if things are resolved within a week or two. I'm hoping soon DMA will have this distraction behind it and be able to get on with business.

I recently heard of a fool in a similar situation who spent 6 figures in legal costs, only to run out of money and achieve nothing. A bit of self reflection might be in order to ask was it really worth it? The selfish actions of one haven't benefited anybody and I don't feel sorry for him at all.
