The obvious answer is yes of course their is someone that knows exactly what happened. The other question that I think you are really asking is would that someone be willing to attend a public forum and at the risk of a goal sentence or heavy fine to disclose the insider knowledge of a company to the public. I'm guessing the answer to that would be no.
Although my response sounds sarcastic I genuinely feel for those that have been left at a financial loss of any level by this company. I'd love to say hey it's only money but let's face it, we love our money and losing it is a kick in the guts no matter how big or small the number.
