Simon now has over 60% of the shares, the question is what does he now intend to do, now he has control. This company is profitable providing it does not blow it on new ventures. The current sp is very well supported by earnings such that it could pay a 10% divi.
Simon may have other plans and be intending to muscle out the minority shareholders and delist.
We wait and see.
