    Potluk, I've been reading some posts of yours elsewhere (assuming they are yours re:MNC). Just curious why you believe a takeover is unlikely? At the current SP, one may think that a bear hug may come into play? This may also get the SP moving as management may attempt to avoid it and spark some SP interest with updates??
