Quite frustrating short term this is i can see a tough couple of months ahead in the wider market with June/July being crunch time for global markets.
Whilst many acknowledge the recent pullback in RE stocks it is also more frustrating given that we did not get on the recent run of those stocks yet we latch on to the ride down. So really whilst the others end up in SP terms at or above where they started their run we are going backwards.
At the same time the tight register makes for some exciting and rapid spikes when the buying begins. Hopefully we see some of this and get the sp to a more reasonable level as drilling resumes. Out and Out buy at these levels.
