    From todays 3B ann. They now have 100% ownership or am I missing something.

    Securities have been issued as consideration for the acquisition of the outstanding 12.5% of the Mt Mulligan coal and coal seam methane tenements that the Company did not previously hold, as announced to ASX on 19 June 2008.
