I have just contacted Mantle with respect to today's announcement.

Half the shares are escrewed for 6 months and the other half for 12 months.

And importantly the deemed price of these shares is based on the VWAP of MNM before the agreement was first signed, i.e. before 19/06/09. Mr. Willese (company secretary) confirmed that the deemed price is well above 35c. So it means that there has been no any dilution by issuing these shares.
