Is there a reason one would consider voting against the resolution to change the auditor (resolution #4)?
I recall one of the reasons for high admin cost being the current auditing firm was very expensive.
This is one I would vote in favor of.
I would not rely on the comments of just one poster on this forum but do a bit of reading yourself.
