I've received an answer to part of my email regarded increased admin costs last quarter and whether they related to a payout for DH.
Dear Jim
Please note the December quarterly admin cost includes corporate contractual obligations of the company falling due and being paid during that period including the finalisation of Mr Holden's contract.
I ensure you that we are doing everything in our power to create value in the company and to keep shareholders updated on future progress.

I'll give it a couple of days and if the shares of DH's haven't been cancelled I will enquire again as to why not.
