According to the JORC code 2012, an ore resource is defined as an ore body which has reasonable prospects for econical extraction (not in precise wording).
Yet ABU stated an initial mine plan for OP of 35m depth at over 700,000 oz recovery. Now they state a significant reduction of mine depth to 10m (OP) & 25m (OP south). Yet even with a down grade of grade at least 400,000 oz should still be econically viable for extraction. Something does not add up here!
They sold us a mine plan and resource statement yet they won't extract the gold yet it is econically viable to extract the gold per the JORC code 2012. Again this is what you could define as mis-leading reporting, they sold us on a BMW and they delivered us a fiat 500.
