Your preaching to the converted here. I have mostly stayed long on the gold juniors. But I have lost a lot of money due to banks scams on property as well. The trouble with banks is they have too much customers money to wage legal battles and the government regulatory departments are ham strung by govt funding. They pick a big fight when they think they have the overwhelming proof, and mostly lose. But that's ok its our money and the banks use our money, and everyone is using our money to legally take money off us.
That's my rave for the day.
