I was hoping someone else might have picked up on this rather than me, but I suppose since its another porky pie no-one else wants to draw peoples attention to it.

From page 3 of the report. "The Northern Extension of the Southern Star project area contains 80 low risk, 40-acre development locations"

Absolute rubbish of the 1st order 80 x 40 = 3200 acres, the Northern Extension was just over 1000 acres, lies lies lies

That all they ever tell us and tehy get away with it time and time again.

On the plus side Robinson No1 and Cozarts 19 no1 seem to be doing nicely.

No idea how much debt is still outstanding, but they are sure going through cash at an alarming rate especially when they won't be getting any of this extra spend back should the LOI complete.

Will have to wait for the half yearly report to see the debt position no doubt.

As I said a long time ago Loan note terms were far to generous.
