What do I make of Hopper? I think Hopper is a clever guy with a sense of humor.
He seems to have gained effective control of SUD for $1000 while simultaneously convincing everyone SUD wasn't a biotech shell and was in fact worth a fortune.
But it was a biotech shell and not worth anything but after he said the opposite $4m dropped from sky into SUD and it became a treasure box just like he said in the first place.
