I must say that both your posts regarding a chinese takeover are compelling. I too have been thinking about this same senario over the last 3 to 4 months, and especially since the Hanlong buy. It's my opinion that there has been share accumulation by others who may want to join Hanlong in a bold bid to take the whole thing over.
The sp, you have to admit has been kept very tightly held and i believe that as soon as the dfs is released to the market we could see these people pounce.
The chinese are masters at this sort of business, and they can see the enormous value and long term supply SDL has to offer.
As always IMO and based on nothing more than my own research, not to mention others i know who are thinking the same, and throw in a bit of gut feeling for good measure. I'm not sure if a takeover is what we all want, nor do i know what a fair price would be[.80/1.50]who knows.
Lets just wait for the DFS to come out to see what happens next.
