Who cares? Hanlong just increased their holding to just below 20%, and there are no other major holders with over 5% of the company. So, I ask again, who cares if a holder that currently holds 2-3% decides do exit the stock?

You seem to be focusing on this mysterious seller, who may or may not exist, who if they do exist must hold below 5% as there are no substantial holders, when we have just had a Chinese company take 19% of the company off the market. Geez, I know where my attention would be directed.
