Toying with the idea of selling GPT. There just doesn't seem to be the potential growth in this stock and the money could be used elsewhere. Yes, it does pay a decent dividend, but starting to think that other reits have better growth potential. Share price has been hovering around these levels for quite some time (including prior to consolidation)
