why sell something that is just trying to move out of its consolidation phase? It churned a lot in the 53-58c range and now at 1:5, it has just moved out of the hangover at $2.85
Should see it appreciate by 10-12% in / around next quarterly update, if it is as positive as the market expects REITs to declare....you can sell just prior to the next quarterly at 3.25+ or now at 3.05....
