Even given that he's behind the other 110k on the bid(which isn't certain), with 2000k+ on the sellside just a tick away, you'd have to think he's for real. Fake U's don't generally leave themselves that easy to hit.
That's not to say that he won't pull the bid even if he is for real. He may feel there's enough depth on the sell side to drive the price lower.
