never do online banking on internet explorer, that's the most important thing as it has a lot of security flaws and viruses (firefox or even chrome better for those). even if a person delete cookies and temporary files, there are other ways that the computer can be tracked from the other site (the site you were browsing or working on). deleting cookies and temporary files from your side only helps you so that when others access your computer, it can't be checked.
