hope the antivirus also checked for malware, spyware, etc and if it did;next is to change password and that's a precaution only on google chrome or firefox browser. also don't use internet explorer much because that's where most of the security flaws and viruses are.
what jimmedy said below is what usually occurs but hope it doesn't come back because sometimes it does.
