last year a similar thing happened to me.....
it ended up being a hacker.
I lost that e mail account and had to start a new one with a stronger password.
Virus scan did nothing....
as someone said could be malware...not sure...changing password is best option, and if it continues sending off mail to whole contacts list....i would take what is important from you e-mails and consider not using that account anymore.
