Knuckle, I think your comments are fairly accurate.
Personally I think the company made a mistake by disclosing the costs to get this thing established.
I would think in the current market they will be thinking of ways to bring the costs down by starting off with a Pilot Plant and ramping up as they move forward.
In other words a little bit at a time until perhaps some big brother comes knocking on their door with plenty of money to spend to fast track the project.
This will also help illustrate to those with plenty of money that this project is a goer and that the potential to earn big, big money over a sustained period is a matter of fact.
