Regrettably I can't say this is inconsistent with the performance of the Board over the past couple of years and like it or not the buck has to stop with the CEO. The signs have been there for some time, very poor shareholder communications, cracked record of presentations, the same story over and over, little effective promotion of the company and painfully slow progress. The fact we have zero idea of where we are with the mining license is one example - deathly silence. All told from where I sit a fairly unimpressive performance by management and scant regard for shareholders and the current share price simply reflects that and a number of other macro factors that have impacted both the company the sector. If this company does rise from here it will be but for itself and the performance of the current Board.
