People invest in shares for one reason; they wish to increase their net wealth.
A shareholder holding 12.7 million shares is obviously very serious about their investment, and as such, I highly doubt someone would be willing to lose that investment over something as petty as replacing the board.

Sure, everyone probably wants the board removed, but at what cost? If someone purposely grinds the sp to ensure the SPP fails, then you can forget about any future drilling and will see the company move closer to its death bed, resulting in those 12.7 million shares worth little more than a bag of potato chips.

As you so often highlight to me when I mention talk about CTP, you should probably be careful about making slanderous accusations.
