So it's a fact that the shareholder holding 12.7 million shares not only disapproves of the board, but is actively trying to replace them by manipulating the share price?
Though I agree that the board is doing a pretty sloppy job.
But if CTP don't get this SPP over the line they will run out of money, and the next capital raising will be at 2c, further destroying shareholder wealth and run the risk of turning this into just another multi-billion share trading puppy
So it's a fact that the shareholder holding 12.7 million shares...
