they can still be crossed guys .... not in the normal sense but if the seller was from say Comsec and the buyer that stepped up happened to be from Comsec also, then the trade will come up as XT. Saves them paperwork etc because they are still held by the same CHESS sponsor but held under a different account name. when I see a XT come up for a buyer that steps up ..... i tend to ask a question or two :)
could be the same buyer/seller or similar groups or could be completely nothing!
