OK vacuum cleaner cat - the following is the CAP chart and the sequence of events as I remember them. You should compare it with the announcements to check the accuracy.
I was following it pretty closely at the time. I had quite a few of the options and was doing really well, then wasn't, then was ............. then wasn't :-(
The feeling at the time was that Conglin held the share price down until the options expired so that no one would convert and dilute his holdings.
There was the usual conspiracy theories that he was cohorting with the directors who sold to get the share price back down .... yada yada.
