sounds great Benson-TLS has a current CEO that is 50% to 100% incompetent if you take into account the "real" potential SP of $8 to $10.
would it then be fair to say that the entire management of TLS are just "yes" men?
o/wise- Penn would have been replaced due to incompetency.
sure, it requires the numbers vote at the AGM, but if a "visionary" candidate was in the wings, the majority of us shareholders would vote a convincing "yes".
that said- the status quo will remain as the idea is pure fantasy, so just accumulate during pullbacks as TLS has huge potential.
