I read your post sometime ago regarding TNY and noticed you were not happy with staff at TNY.
Since staff did not treat you with respect in regards to your query I would be angry with them also.
However, you get your bad days and that may have been one of them. I hope you sent them an email regarding their attatuide towards you and you have explained that your intentions was a simple query.
Nevertheless, you still hold shares with them and at the end of the day I'm sure you would still prefer to either break even or come out on top.
