I don't even think that OBJ needs to be heavily manipulated that much. All the people who want in on a slice of delicious 3M pie should be already in, high and dry as well for those holding since 6. All those that took profit/sold at a loss/thinks OBJ is being played are unsure whether or not to buy back in. There just doesn't seem to be that much demand left.
A simple tip in the down direction will see sheep flocking to the slaughter house.

Whatever though right? We're all waiting for a good exit point/the 3M announcement anyway, right? Patience is the key.
(We seem to have a reversing macd though opinions?)
