    Good call Pman but what is to stop a so called " at arms length" party of 3M accumilating?

    That scenario is unlikely as playing games could well backfire on them if OBJ sign another heads of agreement with another party in a prompt manner.

    3M probably arn't interested in playing games like that but you never say never in this game.
