    Roadblock is news - lack of it - me thinks this little surge was just a little Easter grapevine work. I'm guessing it will fall away as usual - until the surge of news on the runup to the 3:1 options exercise date. Real surge will only come on the back of documented progress at this point. Bioprospect will also have to fight off the tax time loss manouvers folk play at that time - so these "relevations" will have to be timed well.
