re: breakout alert................................ MGX will not walk away at this stage.. Opportunity to trade yesterday while azr suspended with accompanying uncertainty gave mgx a chance to gravitate to a level where a 3 for 1 offer now looks quite attractive..
For mgx to now raise their offer would value azr well over 30c.. just ridiculous.
I would imagine mgx would be quietly confident now.
