1. FP practices have never been busier in the whole COVID era due to volatile investment markets and things such as temporary pension relief and the 10k super withdrawals.

2. Continually blaming the industry for a lack of success regarding what was apparently an 'amazing product' due to lack of wanting to change is not reality. Its like saying the world wouldn't use a Covid vaccine due to 'unwillingness to change', despite it saving lives and economies.

There comes a point where you just have to accept what was purported, was clearly not accurate, otherwise there would have been success.
