    5pct discount on pre-tax NTA and even larger on post-tax NTA - doesn't happen that often with Wilson LICs.

    once WLE options are out of the way this month it will start establishing a premium, CYA will follow suit, and then announcement in february on dividends resumption - and we will be at 10pct premium by march
