My thinking is that the lack of announcement probably means little has changed recently - ie. Hanlong and SDL still in discussion to negotiate a fair and reasonable price - whatever that is. I personally hope the talks fall over and we get to ride this through to end - certainly wouldn't be happy with anything at all under $1.00. The necessity for "continuous disclosure " ( particularly when the blow torch is already being applied due to shonky dealing from isolated individuals at Hanlong ) would mean the management would post any news asap - no news means no change - everyone relax - hopefully the longer the wait means the more chance the deal has of falling over. My thoughts only : )
