There a lot of potential catalystic announcements that will come this year for CLQ.

But here's one that's been brewing for 6 months:

Life of mine off-take with Easpring, and project-level capital for a JV battery plant in Australia.

When they announced the 20% five year off-take last summer, they stated discussions were ongoing for further involvement by Easpring.

Six months later in the Feb 2018 investor presentation, they repeat that the discussions are still going on.

Do you think they would be still be talking for six months, if they did not have a pretty good framework for another deal ?

Does it take six months to find out you cannot reach an agreement ?
