Ramsess1...it is my impression that RF does not want 100% offtake. I believe he is of the opinion that he will maximize profit and position
by maintaining a good portion of cobalt uncommitted.
I am not saying it is a good strategy or a bad one; I only mention it, because some people may perceive his 20% off-take to be a sign of weakness, compared to those who have 100% offtakes.
My opinion is the opposite. The 20% off-take is by intention, and shows strength. RF does not need to take 100% off-takes
to the banks to get financing.
Just my opinion.
